Leszek Możdżer studied the classical piano up to his teens, when Nirvana’s music came out. Then everything changed and he decided to change his direction.

While we were gathering the music for our African playlist, we were surprised to find gems in our collection of records that do not age, and are as accurate today as ever. One of these albums is the warm summery “Ne La Thiass” by the Senegalese musician Cheikh Lô.

The musical innovator Joseph Tawadros this time combined his oud with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, led by conductor Benjamin Northey, with James Tawadros on percussions.

Each sailing trip clears the colours. It enters the emotions and the perception with a different dynamic. Sunset - sunrise. Blue waters and living as if it is the last day. Constant movement. A wise sea dog and music of the universe...

While we are sailing through the Sporades yet again with the help of the suddenly changing wind, we think how quickly things can turn upside down. It takes seconds.
